Every month, the Moms Club has a "Meet and Clean" at local parks where we all show up, pick up any trash that is laying around (with gloves of course), and play afterwards. In July, we headed over to one of my favorite parks up on Awbrey Butte. This park is so beautiful with great views of the cascades, fun trails that are hidden back in the trees, and less of a crowd than the usual downtown parks.

| This day was so hot, Eileen opened up her ice chest and let the kids play in all the ice cubes. I was literally rubbing ice all over my kids faces and putting them down their shirts! |
